The one thing to consider when flying from North America to Asia is that no matter what class you’re flying in, it is a long, long flight – my first two trips to Asia seemed shorter but this one seemed brutal. Here is what the last 15 1/2 hours have consisted of

- First 20 mins was spent playing with the AV system and reacquainting myself with the lie flat seat controls
- After that, it was on to the first movie : Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows – Part 1
- Quick walk around, then it was on to the second movie – True Grit
- Then a quick nap, since I couldn’t fall asleep for long, so then it was on the third movie which was Due Date … what a pile of dogshit
- Checking the flight map

- Then another quick nap, then my 4th movie – Iron Man 2.
- Then my legs were getting tired – yes! My legs we’re tired from being on a lie flat seat for the last 10 hours
- Then another quick nap, and it was on to the 5th movie – Morning Glory
- Finally, between taking a couple pictures in Executive Class and trying to walk around, I put on the final movie – Inception.
I’m actually impressed with the selection of movies that they had in Exec Class – all newer movies and a good time waster.

Finally in Hong Kong .. I do love the Cathay lounge with the noodle bar

And nothing like not knowing where you have to go …
