Victoria Day Weekend in Montreal: 17th May 2003.

Well it was finally good to be back in Montreal after about 6 months and much strife and all. Well it was sunny and gorgeous as usual in Montreal, unlike up here in dread Toronto, you know how it is and all... took the train down and all, got down there in about 4 hours. Lime and chill the friday night with nick, priya and rizwan. Met her cute next door neighbour...mythri.. anyway well ime and did the usual went for breakfast at Chez Cora and Lunch go knows where...of course there was much Amaretto Sours and all in this time. Played video games, I think that si a Sankar tradition, first me and Nick decided to do was to knock some streetfighter... I guess no matter how how old you get and all something never change. Of course this trip ws to celebrate my new hiring as a HRMS specialist with Rogers Communications. I love working close by.. it takes me about 10 minutes to walk to work from home. How sweet is that??? Still at IBM for now ... I may decide to quit since I was not doing the work I should be doing.

I think the one thing that really irrititates me is that there are people who are less qualified and making the same money. But I guess like people have said, just give it time and you will get what you deserve, always look forward and not back. Anwyay spent the entire weekend, me and priya did some bonding since I had not really spoken to her in about 6 months. Was good and very enlightening, somethings have changed and they will of course.

Well found out from Nick that he intends on moving in with Shamiza which me thinks is a very good thing. Anyway so Saturday was spent walking up and down St Catherines St, went for Granita up by Prince Arthur, Took everyone to Gillian for lunch, man I dont think I spent that much money on lunch for a while, hey but when you have, you spend on the people you should have to. Nick was surprised but then again, money ent really stressing meh right now. All hail insurance!!!!!

Anyway Sean Paul Concert was the shit.. of course I had people cracking up cause Sean paul take like 30 mins to come out, so of course I start a Boo chant and a stampede chant. Nick and Shamiza were laughing their heads off, and the rest of the people around us, like Sham's friends. It was a good concert and thing... we went to the after party, but that is another story and of course Priya carry us to some ghetto place later on. Lawdddd that gyul is something else and the place right by Teasers Strip club. How famous is that place?!?!? Anyway that is about that, I dont have pics from that weekend cause Nick's digicam is being fixed but hopefully and all... I will have mines next week... oh yeah!!!!! It would be the shit!!!!!!!!
